The grow kit is contaminated. What to do?

If you see green/grey mould spots on your substrate, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If you contact us within 21 days, we will still be able to help out and give advice. In case our advice does not lead to results, your kit might be eligible for a replacement.
Please keep in mind that a grow kit is not eligible for replacement;
When the contamination appears after the first flush has been harvested.
When the grow kit has been received over 60 calendar days ago.
When you have not picked up your parcel at the Access Point within five days.
