Sorry to hear your did not received your order. There can be a few reasons for this: 

The payment has not yet been received. 

We only ship out an order after we receive the full payment. Please read more on this subject here or here.

The payment has been received, but the order is still being processed in our warehouse. 

Processing and shipping the order usually takes 1-2 business days, after sending the payment confirmation. It can happen that an item is not in stock, in this case the processing time can have a delay. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, so please keep a close eye on your inbox/spam folder.

If you have an account on our web shop, you can log in and see the Order Status of your order.

Go to --> Account --> My Orders and you can view the Order Status. If it says "Pending"  or "Processing", we still have not shipped.

If you are interested in more information on your order status, please contact us as soon as possible.

The order has been shipped, but there is a delay or an issue with the shipping company.

Usually a package should arrive within 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the region. In order to stay updated on the shipping process, please keep a close eye on the tracking status. The tracking status is in the tracking link, sent to your inbox/spam folder, after we hand over the package to the shipping company. If there seems to be a delay or if the tracking status shows an issue/error, please contact us as soon as possible.

The package has returned to us, by the shipping company, due to a shipping issues.

The most common shipping issues can be: receiver is not home, the address is incorrect, failed delivery attempt by the courier, the package is not picked up from the pick-up point etc. 

As soon as an issue is noticed in the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible.
