If an order has not been received, there might be a few reasons for it:

- Your payment has not yet been received. 

- The order is still being processed in our warehouse.

- The order has been shipped, but there is a delay or an issue with shipping company

- The package has returned to us, by the shipping company, due to an issue with the address information.
